Simple Fruit, Veg & Protein Smoothie

  • Complexity: very easy


  • A cup of ice
  • A cup of water
  • A cup of berries/or a banana/or your favourite fruit
  • A handful of spinach or Kale. Or you could add some other greens like half a cup of broccoli (You can’t really taste them in the end mix). You can add any vegetables of your choice
  • ½-1 cup of some almond or skim milk, or ½ cup of Greek yogurt (for a thicker smoothie)
  • A serve (25-30g) of natural vanilla protein powder (optional) pick a powder which does not have too many ingredients


Blend all ingredients for 30 secs to a minute, pour
