Oats +

  • Ready in: 5 minutes

  • Complexity: very easy


  • 40g oats – I use macro organic quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon physlium husk
  • 1 and a half teaspoons of chia seed
  • half a cup of desired milk – I use almond (unsweetened vanilla by Almond Breeze)
  • 400mL water
  • toppings (below)


Combine, stir well and cook on stove top until desired texture, or microwave for about 4 minutes.

Then for taste I mix through some flavours like:

  • Stevia (drops or powder like nativa)
  • Honey
  • A chopped banana and cinnamon
  • Mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries taste best)
  • Some natural vanilla protein powder
  • Cacao and stevia
  • Tablespoon of nut butter
  • Yohgurt and fruit
