Vanilla Protein Balls
Ingredients
15 dates
2 heaped tablespoons vanilla flavoured protein powder
1 heaped tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
Quarter cup desiccated coconut
Half cup almonds
Quarter cup dried cranberries
Directions
In a food processor, blend:
15 dates, 2 heaped tablespoons vanilla flavoured protein powder, 1 heaped tablespoon natural peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey and the quarter cup desiccated coconut
On high speed for 30-40 seconds
Then add in:
Half cup almonds and quarter cup dried cranberries
Blend on lower speed, to keep them slightly chunky
Roll them into 50 cent size balls. Should make 12-13 roughly
