Chocolate Goji Bliss Balls

Ingredients

15 dates

1 cup cashews

2-3 heaped table spoons of cacao powder

2 table spoons of natural peanut butter

1/2 cup goji berries

1/2 cup almonds

Directions

In a food processor, blend the:

12 dates, 1 cup cashews, 2-3 heaped table spoons of cacao powder and 2 table spoons of natural peanut butter

At high speed for 45 seconds.

Then add in 1/2 cup goji berries and 1/2 cup almonds

Blend again, but on medium speed (to keep the goji berries and almonds a bit chunky)

Then roll into 50 cent size balls. Should make 10-15 roughly
