Veggie sticks plate

  • Complexity: very easy


I like to use a variety of:

  • Capsicum
  • Zucchini
  • Green Beans
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes

Dips I love to use:
(Organic brands tend to have less crap in them)

  • Hummus
  • Tzatziki
  • Tomato salsa
  • Beetroot
  • Roast Pumpkin
  • Pea
  • Ajvar (capsicum dip)
  • Bubba ganoush

Of course be mindful of the fat content in dips and try to find brands which use extra virgin olive oil (not canola or sunflower)


Chop all the veggies you choose to use in neat strips and place on a platter with 20-40g dip of your choice.
