Frozen berries bowl

Ingredients

  • I like to keep organic frozen blueberries, raspberries and blackberries in the freezer
  • Natural Greek yoghurt
  • Natural nut butter (almond, peanut)
  • Stevia
  • Cinnamon

Directions

Simply place 50g-100g of desired frozen berries in a cup or small bowl and on top, I either put 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt OR a tablespoon of natural nut butter.

Then I add a sprinkle of Stevia and cinnamon on top.

You can also use fresh berries too of course, I love to use fresh strawberries when they are in season.

Stir together with a teaspoon and enjoy!
