Just wondering what your view is on carbs for dieting.. do you eat them or restrict them?
Dieting is about a slight restriction in total calories over time. Not just carbs! I love carbs and do not restrict them at all, I find I actually function much better with carbs at every meal. My workouts also benefit from this.
I would reccomend however, to choose them wisely. Pick carbs which are low GI and less processed. Wholemeal/rye breads, rice, quinoa, wholegrains, oats, lentils, chickpeas etc over white supermarket breads and sugary foods/drinks
