on Monday, 30 January 2017.

Some people that have cow dairy sensitivities are able to tolerate goat’s dairy products, without the side affects. This is because goat’s milk has many unique properties, some of these make it  easier to digest and softer on the stomach. Why?

Mixing up your exercise – the key to keeping fit

on Wednesday, 06 April 2016.

Being physically active and limiting your sedentary behaviour every day is essential for health and wellbeing. I often get asked about my exercise routine, which I am hesitant on giving out as everyone is different and there is no one schedule that fits all answer. FLEXIBLE DIETING FOR LONG TERM, SUSTAINABLE RESULTS

FLEXIBLE DIETING FOR LONG TERM, SUSTAINABLE RESULTS

on Thursday, 17 March 2016.

I have had a few questions about 'Macros' aka Flexible Dieting, which is a way of counting macronutirents (carbs, protein & fat) so you have complete control over your diet in order to lose weight, maintain weight or gain lean muscle. While counting macros is not for everyone, it is an effective method if done sensibly and correctly, and is also a great way to learn about nutrition and what is in the foods we eat. Danny Kennedy is an expert in the field of Flexible Dieting for body composition, and has been helping people master it for years.

After experiencing slight pigmentation and Melasma I saw a dermal clinician, Derya from the Victorian Dermal Group, who has helped me decrease the problem and educated me on how to avoid it. So I have asked Derya a few questions to share with you what she taught me.
